Spring / Summer

15 Point Tune-up

  1. Install gauges and check operating pressures.
  2. Check voltage and amperage on all motors.
  3. Check the air temperature drop across the evaporator.
  4. Check all capacitors.
  5. Clean A/C condenser coil.
  6. Change filters.
  7. Check safety controls.
  8. Check the contractor.
  9. Check all wiring and connections.
  10. Check and adjust the thermostat.
  11. Check air temperature across the condenser.
  12. Check for proper airflow throughout the system.
  13. Check the indoor blower motor for cleanliness.
  14. Check the compressor amperage.
  15. Clear condensation drain lines & ensure operation of condensation pump.

Fall/ Winter

15 Point Tune-Up

  1. Check and adjust the thermostat.
  2. Check the indoor blower motor for cleanliness.
  3. Check safety controls.
  4. Check voltage and amperage to all motors.
  5. Change filters.
  6. Check limits for proper operation.
  7. Check all wiring and connections.
  8. Clean rust & build up off of burners.
  9. Check the pressure switch.
  10. Clean negative pressure tubes & ports.
  11. Inspect inducer motor.
  12. Check the heat exchanger for failure.
  13. Check the gas pressure.
  14. Check gas lines.
  15. Perform maintenance on Indoor Air Quality products present.
