Meet the Peppers

Ted Peppers was always passionate about supporting his community, whether through volunteering or coaching his sons’ baseball and basketball teams. In 1977, he turned that passion into a career, founding Peppers Heating and Air. Still, Ted never lost his coaching roots. As his sons got older, he was eager to train them in all aspects of the family business.

Todd Peppers started working with his dad at an early age. He attended Heritage High School and worked summers and weekends at Peppers Heating and Air.
He continued to work while he attended Georgia State University. He graduated with a business management degree from Georgia State University, joined Peppers full-time and continued to grow the company. Rodney Peppers attended Heritage High as well Graduated from Georgia College and joined Peppers Heating and Air upon graduation. Todd and Rodney have a close relationship with the community and work to provide great services and also to give back to the community.

Here at Peppers Heating and Air, we’ve always been guided by a simple belief, success is not an accident. It’s a product of honesty, hard work and dedication to superior service. Ted Peppers instilled this principle into his sons from an early age, and it still drives our mission today.

It’s a major reason we were able to reach our most important milestone in 2018. By acquiring several other local businesses, we significantly expanded our operations and added even greater capabilities. As a result, we’re better equipped than ever to meet the needs of customers across Dekalb, Gwinnett, Fulton, Walton and neighboring counties.
