Succinctly, Peppers Heating & Air is the best when it comes to quality and customer service.
This is my second time going through Peppers Heating and Air and it came with no hesitation. They are the pinnacle of customer service, quality and professionalism. Came in and installed my second AC unit in one day. They even helped my daughter bring her packages in!
Michael was professional and courteous. He explained the issue with the unit. Put freon in it and discussed my interest in the the costs of new units. I would use Peppers again
Robert did an excellent job. Installed a union to allow the condensate drain to be flushed out and installed some insulation missing on one of the copper lines.

Thomas Shaw came to work on my HVAC system and was able to diagnose what the problem was, worked on the warranty with the manufacturer, was able to get the new part and get all the issues fixed. My HVAC system is now up and running. He definitely knows what he is doing, explains whatever he’s doing and makes sure the customer understands it. I recommend Peppers Heating 100%.
Gaitlin is an asset to your company. He has always provided excellent service and he is very polite. I feel like this company is very fair with its charges and they do not cheat you.

Thomas Shaw was amazing. Not only did he take care of my furnace maintenance, he also spent a long time troubleshooting my ceiling fan remote. He went above and beyond and was so helpful. I cannot say enough good things about him and Peppers. I continue to use them for my HVAC needs because of their outstanding customer service (plus they're really good at what they do!)
Mike Doss is certainly a great asset to your company. He came out this morning to do the PM on our systems for the first time and did a wonderful job. He was pleasant, professional, and efficient. He had been here a few months ago to repair a problem our regular company could not repair and took maybe 10 minutes. We called Peppers because one of our outdoor AC units broke in a storm. They came out same day and didn't try to sell us a new unit unnecessarily, which is unusual so mad respect. Mike and Robert came out the same day I called and was very professional and have great customer service skills. There was a thunderstorm in my AC stop working. They came out and diagnosed the thermostat issue and got me some cold air again. I would recommend this company if you have an any problem with your AC or heater.

Peppers was able to come out the next day and replace the condensate pump. Mike Chapman was a superb technician. The space was very tight and he told me outright that he wasn't sure he would be able to do the replacement without coming back with a smaller condensate pump. Somehow he managed to get it done!
This is the second HVAC unit Peppers has replaced for my Mom in less than a year. They are responsive respectful and professional. Sean & Dalton were courteous, friendly and explained all that they did and cleaned up after themselves. They are the kind of professionals you don’t mind having in your home all day-great guys! Alan came back to do QC inspection which is another sign of a great company and was also a super guy.Great experience-the kind of folks you can trust.
I really appreciated the responsiveness to my problem. Routine maintenance price is quite reasonable. A problem developed immediately after the serviceman left. While it was not discovered until after midnight, there was an immediate response the next morning and quick dispatch of another serviceman to solve the problem. Each contact to them has been quickly answered and responded to. A joy to do business with them.
Dalton and Shawn the two young men that out my new air conditioner in were very courteous and professional. Very patient in explaining to me how to use the new thermostat and making sure I understood how it worked. Could not have asked for two nicer young men to be at my house doing work. So they sent out two technicians William and Jackson to try to help solve the problem we have been having for almost five years that we have been here. They were very professional and courteous and they made me feel very comfortable about the service they were providing me. They took time to speak with my husband about his concerns with the drain pan and the condensation lines. They even took time to address some things outside by the unit. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. Everyone that I spoke with was so nice. When I called and talked to Cristy I explained to her what I needed. She had arranged to have someone come out the very next day. Elusive took his time to explain everything that was going on with my unit.
I was first recommended to Peppers Heating and Air from my mom's friend. When it was time to install a complete heating and air system, I scheduled 3 different companies for an estimate. Peppers Heating and Air stood out because Aaron seemed very nice and genuine about what I needed and Kayla( I think) was always nice when I called in. I LOVE supporting local family owned businesses. I think the level of service is above and beyond the rest because their name/reputation is attached to it and I appreciate that level of good service. The field manager that came today (I think Allen) was very helpful in offering some additional information for work to be done in the future.

Jeremy was our technician today and we were very pleased with his service. He spent about 1 hour here and he provided us with a written report stating the services he provided including pictures of his test results.I've had some trouble over the last few years finding competent service technicians but I would definitely recommend Pepper's if you need any a/c work done...and ask for Jeremy!!!
My initial experience with Peppers was fantastic, and it has not diminished since! I was told by another HVAC company that my HVAC units (indoors and out) were not actually 10 years old (we were told by our home inspector when we purchased in 2012 that they were 1 year old, and apparently he read the manufacture date wrong), but rather 20 years old and rusted out. Peppers Heating & Air was ultimately the company I went with after getting quotes from several. They installed the new indoor and outdoor units in one day, and installed a mini-split in my son's room the next day. All the work was completed perfectly, costs like an electrical line for the mini-split were part of the quote so I didn't have to chase down a separate electrician, and they've been amazing about the maintenance visits that were included as part of the purchase since. I'm very, very happy with them individually and as a company overall!

Stop looking now! These guys are the real deal. Had to have my A/C replaced this summer. Fair price/quick installation....also heating maintenance this fall was flawless. Not once did I doubt anything they told me I needed to do. I keep these guys contact info close and you should too!!

I cannot say enough kind things about this company, every person I’ve interacted with has been phenomenal. Hunter and Sean in particular hustled like hell to get our new system into our attic. Late July is not the ideal time to be working in an attic in a house without air, but they got it fixed for us and were professional and courteous in the process. Peppers has been wonderful and I will definitely be using them again, and would highly recommend them to everyone!
